Are you a true sales hunter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and closing high-value deals with senior decision-makers?
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to drive growth in Brussels & Flanders, working with top-tier international academic brands (including HEC Paris).
Your role
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing
- Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships
- Engage and influence C-level executives
- Identify market opportunities and drive long-term growth
- Build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in consultative B2B sales (ideally €35k+ deals)
- A true hunter mindset — you create opportunities, not wait for them
- Strong communication skills in English (C1+) (+ French and/or Dutch is a big plus)
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and results-driven
- Knowledge of the Belgian/Flemish market is a strong asset
- Master's Degree
